TMRDNL is the name of the label, Tamar Daniel is the designer and founder of this beautiful fashion label. What made me fall head over heels for this collection is the use of beautiful, flowy, lightweight fabrics which offer a very stylish look and makes it the perfect collection for travelling. These beautiful pieces pack in a suitcase really well, with no wrinkles and less space and best of all we will look our best the entire time we are away. Hammooks From Venezuela
When the sun comes out and the birds are chirping the best thing to do is to go outside and enjoy the wonderful weather. My favorite thing to do is to hang my hammock and take a nap on it. There is nothing more pleasant and relaxing than the feeling of flowing and chilling on a hammock.
I am from Venezuela and so is my hammock, I grew up with one in my home so these are a basic necessity. Lucky for you now you can get these Venezuelan handmade hammocks shipped anywhere! These are from Hammooks, a company who specializes in offering hammocks from Venezuela made by skilled artisans. They are available in a single, queen and king size and are made with 100% cotton. These beauties are really easy to use and you can take them to your next camping trip or beach day. Visit Hammooks here for more information.

Vintage Suits Are Strong This Spring
This is the Natalie one-piece suit. This is just one of the many swimsuits I've seen this season inspired by vintage design. This one is conservative, flattering and perfect for beach days this summer, or perfect for your next boat trip... if you have a boat? This piece is available at Anthropologie.
Here are my two favorite pieces from Loeffler Randall's Spring 2009 collection. Biker inspired jackets are still a strong trend, this one uses silver zippers to highlight the style. Jumpers are just starting to pick up as a style. I love women in jumpers but be sure to try them out before you buy them, not all jumpers are for everyone. This Loeffler Randall jumper has a boned bodice, side pockets and a leather belt, I haven't seen it in person but this looks like a winner in my book. Check these and more of Loeffler Randall here.
Spring 2010 is just around the corner, so if you are not ready for swimsuit shopping yet at least you can check out the new line from Rachel Pally. Here are my favorite one but I recommend you visit her website here for more dresses and tops. Enjoy!
My Favorite Dresses From Elizabeth And James
These are my favorite dresses from Elizabeth and James; they are sexy and feminine. The can be worn casually or more formal depending on how you are feeling. Every one of these dresses have its own personality. All of these dresses can be found on Shopbop's website.
The Must-Have Items From Elizabeth And James
Where do I start with Elizabeth and James?. This is a label that makes clothing which goes beyond the standards of design. They recreate basics with a modern twist.
Here are my favorites:
1. The Double Breasted Blazer with the 3/4 sleeves, notched collar and 6-button closure. It's sexy yet professional and chic.
2. My second favorite is the Origami Tank, it just seems so comfortable and airy, easy to wear and the scoop back gives it an extra touch of style.
3. Finally the Pleated Shorts. These shorts look great with heels, but you can always dress it down with a casual top and lower sandals. The stripes give it that additional reason to buy them. See most of their collection at Shopbop.com
These vases, inspired by the idea of a fresh cut flowers, are sculpted by the designer duo Claydies from Normann-Copenhagen. I love the bright green stems and how flowers look even better when in these vases. Even when the vases are empty they add life to the room. Buy multiple ones and you'll have a spring garden 24/7. The work of the Cladies is so fun that you'll be inspired to work with clay too. To see a video of how they make this, click here and search for "Grass".
They are made of clay and come in 3 different sizes. To buy the vase and for more details click here.
I love unique pendants that have a feminine touch to them. This one looks like a cute little flower bouquet. It’s colorful, fresh and a great addition to the summer wardrobe. This pendant by Kenneth Jay Lane is made of ceramic flowers and decorated with crystals and beads. It also has little butterflies and a ladybug! You will be carrying more than a pendant, you will be carrying a whole garden!. Check it out at Intermix.
If you like the theme but don’t wear necklaces much, check out the rest of the collection which includes three rings and one bracelet.
Back To Basics
I believe that a wardrobe stocked with good basics is the best start to a finished look. I found this brand through a dear friend of mine and when I saw their website I became hooked immediately. Martin and Osa is a brand that combines basic pieces with vibrant colors and high quality materials. Their sweater line includes a great collection of cardigans, deep v-necks and cowl-neck sweaters; all of them made of the softest materials. Martin and Osa also carries great shorts and tank tops in a variety of colors. If you are near their stores you need to visit them, you will realize that you were missing out big time.
When you buy a top or sweater from Martin and Osa you can rest assured you’ll get a good use out of it. With their bright colors, you can always pair them with white denim, khaki shorts or dress slacks.
I have to say that their dresses, skirts and denim are on the more conservative side. However if you are looking for something new and not too flashy, this might be y...
A Summer Full Of Know1edge
More and more people are talking about Know1edge, and that is because this is a men’s street wear brand influenced by the city, skateboarding and every day experiences. Their line includes denim, jackets, pants, button-up shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, bags and accessories. Basically anything a man would wear and more.
Knowledge is a men’s lifestyle brand, focused on updating every man’s closest with a fresh new twist. Their cuts are tailored and fun. The hats and cap collection is my favorite. They are trendy, easy to wear and a great upgrade to any outfit. This spring, Know1edge brought back the collar shirt with a sophisticated embroidered detail. If you are looking for new denim for yourself or your other half, Know1edge denim will be the answer to your denim hunt.

Handbags With A Pinch Of Color
My love for colors brought me to write about these wonderful collection of handbags. I always gravitate to the lighter colors such as grey or richer colors such as dark brown or deep blue. This week I gathered pictures of Rebecca Minkoff’s and Kooba’s bags which I thought are a fantastic way to add color to an everyday bag. It’s hard to have a favorite among them because they are great combinations of wearable colors, I love the rich contrast between between the black and pink but the light grey and mint green are also a beautiful and elegant combination. For more details on each bag visit Nordstrom.com.
Madewell’s Spring Collection
I have been following Madewell’s collections for the past few years and every time I re-visit them, they never stop surprising me with their new colors and new pieces. This season they have denims shorts paired with light cardigans and summer scarves. The looks are casual but carefully put together. Check out their website for store locations so you can see their entire collection and feel their wonderful and ultra soft fabrics. Their t-shirts and sweaters are my personal favorites but they are well known for their denim line as well. Visit them if you are near one of their many locations.
Forget Me Not By Cocopit
I stumbled upon this website this week, I don’t know the artist’s name but he or she has been abled to create a beautiful, delicate and stylish collection of scarves and turbans. Forget me not is a collection of hand-drawn designs on 100% silk. The collection is now available at luxury shops such as Barneys, Boon the shop, Cochinechine, Colette to name a few. I like the artist use of repeated images, some of the piece feel as though you are looking through a Kaleidoscope.
