The 11th Moon. Laguna Beach, CA

The 11th Moon is a really charming women’s boutique in Laguna Beach. The selection of brands have a few things in common, good quality, comfortable fits and timeless designs. The 11th Moon is the type of store you go to find your favorite t-shirt,  sweater or accessory, that piece of clothing you will wear forever and only gets better with time.

When I went in the store I was greeted by Gillian, who was one of the nicest persons I’ve met that day. We talked about the brands she carries and how important quality standards are to her store and costumers. I love that they stand behind the smaller brands, they support their work and are proud of it. This store is not only a beautiful place to shop but also a place where you learn about other designers doing beautiful work.

MeMe Antenna. Williamsburg, Brooklyn

These are images from a brand new store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  Meme Antenna, hosted a grand opening party last Friday October 2nd and they carry a variety of products. The store offers dish sets, music, home goods, bags, accessories and stationery. I felt joyous when I walk in there and that’s why I decided to feature Meme Antenna.

Catbird. Williamsburg, Brooklyn

My first stop in my trip to New York City was Williamsburg. I was determined to see all the store in this up and coming area. I used to live in the neighborhood not too long ago so I decided to stop by my usual stops first.  Catbird was first on the list, this is a beautiful boutique on Bedford Avenue. They carry jewelry, clothing and accessories mainly coming from New York City based designers. Williamsburg is a great example of how communities can work together to help each other and Catbird is a boutique that works on supporting local designers.

The store feels cozy and welcoming. They offer a wide range of prices for jewelry which is always a plus. This is a perfect shop for those looking for an unique piece of jewelry or an outstanding gift.

Bread Talk in Hong Kong

A good shopper also needs to get good fuel. I was on a mission Sunday to visit a list of shopping spots that my friends Annie and Brian recommended. Brian told me about Bread Talk and he mentioned that I would scream of joy. They make all sorts of breads and they are the softest and most delicious bread in Hong Kong.

Bread Talk is located in Silvercord Mall off of the Tsim Sha Tsui subway station.

And yes I screamed of joy!

Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

Sunday was my last day in Hong Kong and I was determined to walk to every single shop on my list. I took the subway to Tsim Sha Tsui and started my day there.

The TST area is full of shops and street vendors.  It also has a great mall called Silvercord where I was  able to find a good variety of stores and delicious food.
