Alexander Wang Gets Strappy The latest collection of bags by the talented Alexander Wang uses neutral, understated colors with eclectic and eye-catching designs. It's the juxtaposition of color and style makes this line such a staple for the season. His bags this season are out there in terms of design details but these grey and nude tones give them an added touch of luxury and make them more relatable. Liebeskind Handbags Although I love working in the shoe business, designing and developing new styles, I have a crazy obsession for handbags, especially leather bags. I can pass up on shoes at a store but if I see a bag that fits my formula of perfection I have to have it and I will search everywhere for it until I get it. I think my bag collection is twice as big as my shoe collection and I do admit that I am not the type that uses a new bag everyday but I love having my options available for the perfect occasion in my closet. These is my latest find, these beatiful handbags are by Liebeskind and the leather on these beauties just looks gorgeous and super soft. Sophie Hulme How sweet are these bags by Sohie Hulme? Beautiful leather, nice details and top of the line hardware. These bags are as unique as they come and I love the vintage whistle on the chain. I thought their line of accessories was really nice so I thought I would share some of the jewelry with you as well. The whole mix and match of chains, pendants, metal pieces and whistles fit right in with the hardware trends. Moores and Giles The more I browse the Moores and Giles website the more details I find. Their whole line is out of this world and they have a wide variety of collections all targeted for different consumers. Here is a snapshot at some of them. The top two items is a collection for the bartenders on the go, it fits everything you will need to set up shop. the bags are made with waxed coated canvas and beautiful supple leathers. Alexander Wang’s New Bags Alexander Wang continues to make beautiful bags, here are my favorite bags of the season. They are made with supple leathers, metal zippers and have a very relaxed look to them. The deconstructed look and long strap bags are still strong trends, this is a beautiful mix of both movements. Even though they have a edgy look they are still very wearable styles that can be worn for years to come. Alexandra Cassaniti's Neoprene Line One of my favorite local designers is Alexandra Cassaniti. I first saw her website and felt in love with her reversible spring wetsuit and bags. Then I found out she also made a reversible bikini suit with the same neoprene material. What I admire the most from her brand is that everything she designs and manufactures is made in the U.S. A month ago I found out she was having a sample sale in LA. I couldn't miss it, this was my chance to try the suits out and finally give them a space in my closet. When I like something I keep going back to check it online which I did for over 8 months! When I got to the sample sale I went right to the table and grabbed the last suit and bikini left. I was helped by the nicest woman ever, and after I tried them out I mentioned to the lady how much I love the designer and how I keep visiting her website every other week.
