Road Trip Diaries Day 2: Barcelona
On our second day in Barcelona we decided to take advantage of the sunny weather to visit the Castell de Montjuic, which was not only a historic monument but also offered a great view of the entire city. From there we walked the Palau Nacional and sat on its steps to enjoy the live music and soak up the sun. We also went to the famous Parc Guell, designed by the eclectic Antoni Gaudi, this park was filled with design details, we could have been there the whole day to find more of his work hidden everywhere.
Our last two stops were the Arc del Triomf and Gaudi's most famous work of art La Sagrada Familia. On my trip to Barcelona I was able to appreciate Gaudi's work and his incredibly progressive style, I left this city in love with their rich architecture and their people.

Road Trip Diaries Day 1: Barcelona
I am back from my trip to Europe, the entire journey was amazing. We walked every city and made sure to not leave any stone unturned. Here are some of the pictures from our first day in Barcelona, as you can see it was a cloudy day but the weather didn't stop us from exploring this beautiful city. Our first day was spent walking through Las Ramblas, el Barrio Gotico, some of the iconic churches in the area and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella.
This is the first installment of many more pictures and stories to come. I will be updating Putucos everyday with more photos, stay tuned!
