Old Faithful Shop. Vancouver, Canada.
Last week I decided it was time to visit the beautiful city of Vancouver in Canada. The city was just as I remembered it, filled with the nicest people, fantastic food and the greatest shops. I biked my way through the city to get an idea of the place before I walked it and as soon as I biked by Gastown I knew I had to go back to take a better look at some of the shops in the area. This is one my most favorite shop in Vancouver, the Old Faithful Shop had a great selection of products, an inspirational industrial decor and best of all the most welcoming staff. I could have stayed in the shop for another hour looking at all their product. I wished we had something like this right in Orange County, California.

Peter Ibruegger Moustache Mugs
These mugs always bring a smile to my face, they are fun and very simple. There is one for every one's style, they've got bow ties or different mustaches on each side. These are not only very useful for the much needed morning coffee or tea at the office but a great way to reduce the use of paper cups, so get a new mug and save the paper cups! These cups are designed by Peter Ibruegger who is based in the UK. If you want to see more of Peter's work click here.

Smythson
A new year calls for a new day planner from Smythson! This one is one of the most luxurious brands out there. Smythson was started in 1887 by Frank Smythson. The company started in London and now has flagship stores all over the world.
Its long standing reputation for high quality goods is still what keeps them on the top of the list. They also make stationery, travel goods, handbags and other small leather accessories.
I browsed throughout their website for hours and their design, colors, and customizing options made things even harder. This purple collection is my favorite, the blue pages go so well with the leather!. Visit their website here.

Analog Clock By Anthony Dickens
The "Around The Clock" design by Anthony Dickens is an out of the box way of telling time. The cylinder rotates while the red line stays in place showing the time in intervals of 15 minutes. The idea behind the clock was to look at time in a more relax way, where seconds are not so crucial any more. Check out more of Anthony Dicken's design work here. If you want to purchase this clock you can visit Tweak 99 here.
