Sleeping is one of those beautiful things in life I look forward to every single day. I rest, dream and feel recharged after a good night of sleep. I found this cool bedding set by WeSC last week. Side By Side

This is why Industrial Design is so fun and inspiring. Here is a design firm that makes a wide variety of products and they all carry a consistent sophisticated look. Clean and functional design that makes your home a better place.  These are all from Side By Side, a German based company founded in 2001. I can’t seem to stay away from classic home accessories. I love the idea of adding color to a room with small items such as pillows and throws that can be changed every so often. These images are from the Habitat website. Habitat is an United Kingdom company established in 1964, they design and manufacture anything from furniture to kitchen accessories. Marimekko Joy!

Today is the perfect day to look at beautiful patterns and great use of colors. The Finland based design house Marimekko has one of the best collections of home goods. They are super playful and filled with bright colors. These are some of my favorite patterns in the bedding and fabric line, but they make so many other things that you need to see their site to enjoy it all.

The best part of it all is that Vertigo Home in Laguna Beach, California has the newly released Marimekko wallpaper collection. Each one includes their usual great designs and versatile colors. Toast is a brand that designs apparel, accessories, home goods and footwear. Everything has a consistent timeless look with a spring look. These are all pieces that you can wear for years to come without looking outdated. Look at their leather bags, they are simple, functional are really versatile. Angela Adams is a company that designs all sorts of home goods. Their well known pattern designs are what makes them a brand of choice for modern interiors and decoration. Their website is filled with color, patterns, decoration ideas and beautiful pictures. These are some of my favorites because of their bright color combination and interesting patterns.
